Neither a cookbook nor a how-to book, the portfolio—where art and food intersect—includes 16 ready-to-frame color photos. In 1967, Josephine was, possibly, the first Black manager at a major company. Her daughter's text lists the ingredients, 
the processes used, as well as  Josephine’s comments on food and life.
