In 60’s Virginia, the teenage daughter of Senate Majority Leader struggles to come to terms with the death of her mother and brother.  Her exploration of the “rush of independence and teenage freedom” with a garage band boyfriend and her reckless stepsister ends in lies to protect her father's reputation.
